DEAD AIR ARMAMENT
Coverage Summary: Dead Air provides a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and damages from normal use. They will repair or replace any suppressor they manufacture at no charge. Coverage does not extend to modifications, abuse, neglect, or damage from defective ammunition.
Key Requirement: Always contact Dead Air customer service at (877) 892-7544 before shipping any suppressor for warranty service. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
SILENCERCO
Coverage Summary: SilencerCo offers a lifetime warranty to the original registered purchaser. They will repair or replace any product used for its intended purpose that becomes defective. Coverage excludes damage from careless handling, unauthorized modifications, or use of hand-loaded/reloaded ammunition.
Registration Note: Warranty coverage is limited to the original registered purchaser and requires product registration with SilencerCo.
GRIFFIN ARMAMENT
Coverage Summary: Griffin Armament offers their innovative “Perpetual Warranty” which covers products for life against damage or defects for any reason other than loss, theft, or misuse. This warranty requires no registration, no receipt, and is fully transferable to future owners.
Unique Feature: One of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry with exceptional customer service commitment.
SUREFIRE
Coverage Summary: SureFire warrants products for life against defects in material and workmanship. They will repair or replace defective products at no charge. Exclusions include normal wear-and-tear, abuse, alterations, unauthorized repairs, and consumables like batteries.
Note: Rechargeable batteries and chargers carry a 2-year warranty, while EarPro products have a 90-day warranty.
YANKEE HILL MACHINE (YHM)
Coverage Summary: YHM products carry a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship. All returns require a pre-approved RMA number obtained by contacting their sales office. Coverage excludes unreasonable use, corrosion, neglect, or ordinary wear and tear.
Important: RMA numbers are valid for 30 days only, and shipments without proper RMA documentation may be refused.
COMMON WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Most manufacturer warranties do NOT cover the following situations:
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the suppressor
- Damage from abuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Use of defective, non-standard, hand-loaded, or reloaded ammunition
- Criminal use or negligent operation
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Damage from improper installation or incompatible host firearms
- Barrel obstructions or improper maintenance
- Corrosion or rust from lack of proper care
- Damage from use with barrels shorter than manufacturer specifications
- Baffle strikes not caused by manufacturing defects
