Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
Accessories & Non-NFA Items:
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST Monday-Friday ship the same business day
- Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST ship the following business day
- Weekend Orders: Processed on the next business day
NFA Items (Suppressors, SBRs, etc.):
- Immediate Processing: Order processing begins immediately upon purchase
- ATF Compliance: All required documentation is prepared within 24 hours of order placement
- Dealer Notification: Your selected FFL/SOT is contacted within 48 hours to coordinate transfer
- Approval-Based Shipping: NFA items ship within 24-48 business hours of ATF approval notification

Damaged Shipments:
- Do Not Accept: Refuse delivery of visibly damaged packages

General Return Guidelines
- Return Window: 7 days from delivery date for eligible items
- Condition Requirements: Unused, in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Restocking Fees: Apply to most returns as detailed below

- Authorization Required: All returns require pre-authorization via our support team

NFA ITEMS (Suppressors, SBRs, Machine Guns, AOWs, Destructive Devices)
Cancellation Before Paperwork Initiation:
- Timeframe: Within 7 days of purchase
- Condition: Before serial number assignment and paperwork preparation
- Fee: 10% cancellation fee of item price
- Refund: 90% of item price refunded
Cancellation After Paperwork Initiation:
- Timeframe: Within 7 days of purchase
- Condition: Paperwork prepared but not submitted to ATF
- Fee: 35% restocking fee of item price
- Refund: 65% of item price refunded
- Tax Stamp: ATF tax stamp fees non-refundable once paid
Non-Refundable NFA Situations:
- Orders older than 14 days from purchase date
- ATF paperwork already submitted (Form 3, Form 4)
- Tax stamp already paid to ATF
- Serial number engraved and registered
- Custom or special-order items
- Pre-orders and backorders
- Items that have shipped to your FFL/SOT

FIREARMS (Non-NFA)
Due to federal regulations and serialized nature, firearms are non-returnable except in specific circumstances.
Non-Returnable Situations:
- Firearms that have been transferred to your FFL
- Serialized items that have left our facility
- Used or fired firearms
Cancellation Before Shipping:
- Timeframe: Before shipping label creation
- Fee: 10% cancellation fee of firearm price
- Refund: 90% of firearm price refunded
ACCESSORIES (Mounts, Adapters, Tools, Non-Serialized Items)
Standard Return Eligibility:
- Return Window: 7 days from delivery date
- Condition: Unused, original packaging, all components included
- Restocking Fee: 15% of item price
- Shipping: Customer pays return shipping and insurance
- Original Shipping: Not refundable

RETURN PROCESS & INSTRUCTIONS
Step-by-Step Return Procedure:
- Request Authorization: Email returns@silencermarketplace.com with order number and reason for return
- Receive RMA: We’ll provide Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions
- Package Securely: Include all original items, packaging, and accessories
- Ship Insured: Use tracked, insured shipping to our return address
- Processing: Allow 5-10 business days for inspection and processing
- Refund Issued: Refund issued to original payment method, minus applicable fees
Important Return Requirements:
- RMA Number Required: Returns without RMA will be refused
- Tracking Mandatory: We cannot process returns without tracking information
